A thought on movie 5 just struck me. I've been saying for a while that the dub of it is pretty iffy at the beginning - paint jobs, one major cut, culture censorship, conversations only tangentially related to the original - and picks up dramatically after Minami has her little cry. Well, I watched both versions of the Frontier movie for the first time, out of boredom. It wasn't anything special, but then again none of the Digimon movies are, and at least it wasn't boring as hell like, say, movie 3. So. Stayed up until 3 in the morning watching Frontier episodes and pretending to be asleep. And these were the dub episodes, because the two subs I watched told me that the dub was at least better than 02's and that was good enough. I feel sad. Well, I did watch an episode of Frontier. The first one. Couldn't be assed to torrent, but all of WPP's subs were on Youtube, and so were the dubbed episodes. Neither of them really encouraged me to watch any further, but hey - I can now claim to have watched (one episode of) the series :D
